I get a lot of emails about the following topics, so give these a gander and see if they answer your question! If not, feel free to send me an email below!

“I placed an order and haven’t received a confirmation. Did it go through?”

This is very common! Unfortunately, most email platforms send automated business emails to the promotions folder, or * gasp * Spam. Try searching my name, Emilie Rigby, across all folders. If you still don’t see it, reach out and I am happy to send you screenshots of the confirmation if it went through!

“ARE THE ORNAMENTS SOLD OUT FOREVER?!”

Oh gosh no!! We have just discovered the magic of the sheer quantity of people on the internet, and can no longer offer ornaments in unlimited stock on our site. We are transitioning to keeping track of ornaments that we make and offering them up on the website on a monthly basis. This is a HUGE transition for us, so please be patient while we navigate how that will look in the next few months. Our current scheme: a monthly stock update on the last Friday of each month at 6PM EST. If you sign up for my email list, you will get a preview email ahead of time with which designs will be in the update. Please allow us up to 4 weeks to ship your order, as we lovingly pack each one by hand, and I am planning not to sell out in one night each update (The goal of the monthly update is so you can have a decent selection and not feel rushed) but JUST IN CASE WE GET 600 ORDERS IN ONE NIGHT( here’s looking at you May 15th) please be patient with us and our very human brains. ALL ORDERS WILL SHIP IN TIME FOR CHRISTMAS. Our next (first) shop update is June 26th at 6 PM.

“When will my order ship?”

Great question! If you purchase an ornament in the Monthly stock update , please allow up to 4 weeks for your order to ship, just in case the update sells out in one night and we get inundated. If you need your order by a certain date, PLEASE let us know at checkout! SUBSCRIPTION ORDERS: ship out in the first week of the following month after being ordered. They are exempt from any sale promotions. For example, if you subscribe by January 31st, your first order will ship out by February 7th. If you cancel your subscription before the day of the month you subscribed, you will not receive any more subscription ornaments. If your order is a PREORDER for the 2026 Collection, we are aiming to get the rest of them sent out by the end of July (if placed after May 15th) or by the end of June (if placed before May 15th).

“I love the ornament molds and want to get into this as a hobby, do you know where I can find some?”

It is a super fun craft! Unfortunately, it truly is a lost art. Although the molds were not uncommon in the 19th century (the craft originating in Germany), many were scrapped in WWII. We have most of the remaining molds known to exist. There may be a few duplicates or other designs out there, but we have been searching for 30 years with no luck. I would love to try to recreate some molds, but that is sadly a project for the future.

“Will you make custom ornament designs/colors?”

At this time, I am not able to do any custom ornaments. However, I sometimes offer a custom color option for various sales, so keep an eye out. I also love taking requests! If you have an idea for an ornament, feel free to reach out and I will add it to the R&D list.

“Do you ship internationally?”

Yes! We ship all over the world, and the packages ship fully insured (side-eyes Australian Post). International shipping is current discounted for the 2026 preorder.
